Who We Are
Neal Southam, Managing Director
Neal is Managing Director of Fusion Collaborative Design where she is responsible for the firm’s overall creative and strategic direction. Based in Toronto and Ottawa, she is passionate about building truly collaborative teams and driving growth for clients, brands and events.
Over the course of the past three decades, she has worked on virtually every media platform. From small brand development projects to large-scale branded events and exhibitions. Experienced in a multitude of industries including Finance, Sports, Tech, Tourism, and Government, her work has extended beyond the development of visual brand identities, into motion graphics, video, social media and branded environments. With her extensive experience in operations and administration, Neal also provides project and admin management services for commercial and private clients on an ongoing and interim basis.
Her clients have included Microsoft, HSBC, Google, AIG, Bermuda Government, Waterfront Properties, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, The Leaders Circle, Carifta Games, Pan Am Games, The National Home Show Toronto, The Toronto Fall Home Show, Waterfront Properties Bermuda, Olympic and SailGP Athlete Tom Ramshaw, Airports Council International (ACI), Coral Beach Club to name a few.
